Manning Family and Community Support Services-FCSS  Family and Community Support Services provide programming that is designed to deliver social programs that "...are preventive in nature and are provided at the earliest opportunity in order to promote and enhance well being among individuals, families and communities".                   

Information and Referrals
This is an important component of F.C.S.S.  Anyone who needs information, referrals or support on social, community or personal issues, may contact the F.C.S.S. office.  Although counseling is not available through our local office, the director can provide information and assistance on obtaining resources.  Confidentiality is protected.                                

Assistance with Forms
FCSS assists community members with a variety of forms when family members are not able to.

Want to know what’s in your community for support, programs, clubs and services? Then this is the booklet for you! Pick up a copy for your home, at Town of Manning Office or FCSS office free of charge.
All not-for-profit agencies that are interested in having their information added or updated must have their information to FCSS before October 30th annually.

Community Welcome
A Community Welcome Package is available to any individual or family who have recently relocated to Manning area and registered for a post office box. The package contains pamphlets and information on various programs, organizations, and services that are available within our community. It also has promotional items from local businesses and organizations.
Community Welcome package is available when you register for a local Canada Post box.
